Only the X8S, on conventional systems. Of the nine Honeywell Home SKUs with stage limits, it alone reaches 3 heating and 4 cooling stages.
Heat pumps have more choice: six handle 3 or more heat-pump heating stages.

Heating stages mean different things for different systems
Honeywell Home's conventional-heating limits span 1 to 3 stages among 9 thermostats with a value; heat-pump heating limits span 1 to 4 stages. The X2S supports 2 conventional heating stages and 2 heat-pump heating stages. Use the field that describes your system rather than transferring a limit between system types.
Conventional cooling has its own stage field. Leave an unrelated system filter open; a missing stage value does not count as support for your system. These comparisons read Honeywell Home's stage ratings without operating the thermostats on HVAC equipment.
Stage support leaves terminals and power to resolve
Supported widths run from 3.7 to 5.24 in, so casing size remains useful after the HVAC comparison. Wi-Fi support also varies: a missing network value is not a yes, and a wider thermostat is not evidence of support for more heating stages.
Use Honeywell Home's compatibility guidance for the exact SKU to resolve terminals, power and accessory needs. Stage counts alone cannot settle installation fit. Follow the wiring instructions and seek qualified help if the existing HVAC connections are unclear.
Before you buy
Does a matching stage count mean it will work with my system?
No. Stage counts alone don't prove your wiring will work: even the FocusPRO S200 covers a 1-heat, 1-cool system on stage counts, yet terminals, the power the thermostat needs and your equipment's wiring are separate, so use Honeywell Home's compatibility guidance for the exact SKU, and bring in an HVAC technician if the wiring is unclear.
How do Wi-Fi support and size differ?
Four say they support 5 GHz Wi-Fi: the X8S, X7S, T9 and THX321WF2003W/U. The T5, T6 Pro, WiFi 9000 and VisionPRO 8000 pages give a 2.4GHz range only, and the X2S and FocusPRO S200 pages don't say. Stated widths run from 3.7 in on the T9 and THX321WF2003W/U to 5.24 in on the X8S and X7S; the T5 page gives none.
