Does nominal size give me the countertop cutout?
No. It is the size used to name the sink. The listed dimensions add the second measurement, such as 19 x 14 in for the RVB0419, and the model drawing gives the opening and clearances.
Which shapes are available?
Of the 17 with a stated shape, 7 are rectangular, 6 oval, 3 round and one square, the RVB1616 vessel. The two sinks that are not porcelain are the stainless steel RVH6110BL undermount and the epiStone RVB2119WH vessel.
Why are some materials or shapes unknown?
The Ruvati pages used here do not state them for four sinks, so they show as unknown rather than guessed from a photo: the RVB2016BS and RVH6107GG lack a material, and the RVB1515WG4, RVB2016BS and RVB2119WH lack a shape.
