Which hand scraper has your blade and storage format?
Slice Manual Utility and Auto-Retractable Utility use zirconium-oxide blades, with manual and automatic retraction respectively.
Material and grip establish neither scratch resistance nor ergonomic suitability. Choose the retraction you prefer.

Choose how the blade is put away before the grip
Slice Wide-Grip Scraper uses a cover, Manual Utility Scraper uses manual retraction, and Auto-Retractable Utility Scraper uses automatic retraction. Each has a zirconium oxide blade, so storage design separates these choices even when blade material is the same. Complete scraper product pages supply these descriptions; scraping and grip comfort were not tried here.
OLFA's examples use covers, but their blade materials and grips differ. OLFA SCR-L combines stainless steel with a textured grip. Follow the handling directions for the selected blade and storage mechanism.
Blade composition does not approve your surface
The group contains 11 complete scrapers, with supported blade material for 10 products. Slice Long-Handled Scraper has a textured grip and zirconium oxide blade, while its Wide-Grip Scraper has a whole-hand grip with the same blade material. Use grip descriptions to compare construction, not to predict comfort for your hand.
Stainless steel, carbon tool steel and zirconium oxide do not by themselves prove that a blade will leave your glass, finish or other surface unscratched. Read the maker's blade and surface restrictions before scraping. Unknown blade or grip details should stay unresolved until the exact product directions answer them.
Before you buy
Can I choose stainless steel with a blade cover?
OLFA GSR-2, GSR-1/3B and SCR-L name stainless-steel blades with covers. Their rubber, wide and textured grip descriptions differ. Confirm blade and surface compatibility before scraping. Six of these eleven scrapers name zirconium-oxide blades. Slice Manual Utility retracts manually; its Auto-Retractable Utility retracts automatically. Storage changes within that material. Consider Manual Utility if manual retraction and a soft-touch grip appeal. Neither material nor grip establishes scratch resistance or ergonomic suitability. Slice Manual Utility and Auto-Retractable Utility use zirconium-oxide blades, with manual and automatic retraction respectively. Manual Utility has a soft-touch grip; the automatic version names rubber.
Why is OLFA BTC-1/DX incomplete?
Its blade material and grip style are unknown in the saved material, although a cover is documented. A maker handle description cannot establish comfort for your hand.
