How the comparison works

Your choices are compared with each model’s product details. A missing or conflicting value stays unknown and cannot satisfy a choice you select. The starting order helps you browse; it does not rate real-world performance.

Source dates appear with each link below. A source date does not confirm today's price or stock.

Start with cap and padding as separate construction choices

The 10 Ergodyne designs include rubber, plastic, TPR, nylon-rubber and elastic/lycra outer materials. Rubber-cap choices alone include NBR foam, closed-cell foam and gel/PU foam padding, so selecting a cap material does not settle what sits between your knee and the floor.

Material names cannot choose protection for a particular task or predict how a pad feels on your knee. Read the maker's intended-use, sizing and adjustment guidance before committing to a design.

Fastening changes which construction combinations remain

Ergodyne's elastic/lycra design uses a Slide On closure with NBR foam. Its TPR design pairs EVA/neoprene foam with Buckle, Hook and Loop fastening. Ergodyne's construction descriptions distinguish fastening and padding; wear and strap comfort have not been assessed here. Consider closure alongside cap and padding rather than assuming it from the material. Closure is supported for 9 products here. The rubber-cap shin-guard design has conflicting closure descriptions, so that detail stays unknown and cannot pass a specific fastening choice. Read the adjustment instructions for the exact pads; a buckle label does not determine fit or strap comfort.

Before you buy

Can I choose a slip-on design?

ProFlex 260 names elastic/lycra fabric, NBR foam and a slide-on closure. It is a different fastening category from buckles; read the maker’s sizing and usage instructions. 325 suits you if you want the foam category; 344 changes the padding.

Why is ProFlex 340’s closure unknown?

Its features name buckles but its table names both buckle and hook-and-loop. That conflict remains unknown rather than being resolved by guessing.

Do sizes count as extra knee-pad designs?

Each row is a distinct ProFlex design. Confirm the offered size and adjustment range on the maker page; construction alone cannot establish fit.
